Philosopher Gabrielle Halpern was invited to Dijon by the French county of Côte d'Or to share her research on hybridity with its managers, as part of the recently launched Managers' Campus.
"How can we rethink the organisation of work at a time of major changes in our society? How can we put our local and regional authorities at the service of new links, new forms of solidarity and new projects? What strengths can the local and regional authorities draw on to make their jobs more attractive? How can we imagine new public administration and new evaluation criteria for this administration in relation to the new generations? How will local initiatives transform our country?
